Kuwait: Silajdzic met with Emir Sheikh Al Sabah

silajdzic-al-sabah1BiH Presidency Chair Haris Silajdzic talked on Tuesday in Kuwait with Kuwaiti Emir Sheikh Sabah Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah about situation in our country and the ways of improvement of the economical situation between Kuwait and BiH.

Silajdzic thanked to Kuwaiti Emir on support to BiH and said that the economy is of the extreme importance and pointed out that there are possibilities for investments by Kuwaiti businessmen to our country.

Kuwaiti Emir expressed his full support to BiH and said that Kuwait will continue to support BiH in the future but that they will also initiate for the other friendly countries in the world to give support to BiH and its officials. According to his words, our country needs economical impulse and that is the best way to help BiH. On je kazao da su firme iz BiH dobrodošle u Kuvajt i da će imati prioritet u sklapanju poslova.

Silajdzic also met with Kuwaiti PM Nasser Al Muhammed Al Sabah and deputy PM and Minister of Foreign Affairs Muhammed Al Sabah. He also talked with them about the possibility of investing to our country and participation of BiH firms in development programmes in Kuwait.

Kuwaiti Government officials expressed their support to BiH and pointed out that they are ready to enhance cooperation with BiH in economical segment.

Chair Silajdzic also met with Ali Alghanim, president of the Association of businessmen whom he talked to about economical cooperation.

Ali Alghanim suggested that a group should be formed which would be comprised out of businessmen from two countries and which will, with its activities, support and enhance economical cooperation between BiH and Kuwait. He said that the meeting of those businessmen would be organized twice per year in BiH and Kuwait.

Round table at which BiH and Kuwaiti businessmen talked about possibilities of joint cooperation also took place in Kuwait.

Kuwaiti businessmen said that they have positive experiences with investments to BiH and expressed their readiness for further investments to our country; it was announced from BiH Presidency PR Office.
